From June 7 to 8, 2025, the legendary Circuit Paul Ricard in Castellet will host a new edition of the Bol d’Or Vélo, an endurance cycling event designed to bring together cycling enthusiasts and fans of extraordinary challenges. Inspired by the famous Bol d’Or motorcycle race, this cycling version blends performance, camaraderie, and passion in a prestigious setting.
The Bol d’Or Vélo is a 24-hour endurance race, either solo or in teams, held on the legendary 5.8-kilometer Circuit Paul Ricard. Known for its straights, like the Mistral Straight, and its technical corners, the track provides a demanding but exhilarating experience. The goal is simple yet challenging: cover the greatest distance possible in one day and one night.
The event welcomes all levels, from amateur cyclists looking for a personal challenge to seasoned athletes eager for competition. Teams of 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 riders, licensed or not, and aged 18 or older on race day, can take turns to optimize performance. Solo participants can test their physical and mental endurance.
The program also includes unique and accessible events, such as the Bol d’Or 6h, Bol d’Or 6h Gravel, Bol d’Or 6h MTB, Bol d’Or Time Trial, and Bol d’Or Discovery.
In addition to the race, the Bol d’Or Vélo features a festive, family-friendly atmosphere. Activities for all ages, local food stands, and exhibits dedicated to cycling innovations will enrich the experience. The circuit also offers state-of-the-art facilities to ensure comfort and safety for all participants.
